channel in accordance with the Memorandum of Agreement (1/14/80); to
encourage and coordinate the participation of local postsecondary institutions
in college cable access; to insure that appropriate facilities, equipment,
and staff are available for origination; and to develop financial support
for the channel among educational institutions, foundations, corporations,
and individuals. As host of College Access TeleVision, IPFW manages the channel and is its chief programmer.
- As a programmer, the mission of IPFW is to extend IPFW's teaching
and service missions; to inform and enlighten the public about IPFW

access to postsecondary educational opportunities and in achieving career
goals through education; to showcase university programs and people;
